Is that alright, Dr. Bob? Let's start with your date of birth. When were you born? Dr. Bob: I was born on May 26, 1921. It makes me 97 years old. And where were you living when you were born? Dr. Bob: I was born in Bethesda Hospital's maternity unit on Redding Road, which is now an office building. I am a Cincinnati native, and I have lived in Avondale on Dury Avenue my whole life. Interestingly, my backyard was right next to a zoo. What were your parents named, Dr. Bob? Dr. Bob: My dad's name was Albert Crone, and my mother's name was Mary Fine. Those are both good German names, right? Dr. Bob: Actually, they are of French descent. It seems the French and the Germans got together. What did your dad do for a living, Dr. Bob?
