Music. Hello, I'm David Frank Ovilla with the Veterans Experience Office. Today, we are broadcasting live from the eighth floor of the VA headquarters in downtown Washington DC. This is the second live broadcast of the VA Community Town Hall hosted by the Honorable Robert Wilkie, the 10th Secretary of the Department of Veterans Affairs. Today's broadcast will have three segments. The first segment will include a discussion of the state of the VA and trending topics from our last Town Hall, which was led by Secretary Wilkie. Our keynote speaker, Dr. Linda Davis, Chief of the Veterans Experience Office, will also present. Their presentations will be followed by a short Q&A. Our first Town Hall last September was a huge success. Over 26,000 people live-streamed it and we received 2,700 comments, questions, and suggestions. The questions from the first Town Hall covered a wide range of topics, including benefits, health, policy, legislation, personal issues, and requests for assistance. It is not surprising that suicide prevention, choice care in the community, and appeals had the most inquiries and comments. Panel one includes subject matter experts such as Dr. Richard Stone from the Veterans Health Administration, Dr. Kita Franklin from the Office of Mental Health and Suicide Prevention, and Dr. Cameron Matthews from the Office of Community Care. They will share information on how they are improving customer experience, setting priorities, accomplishments to date this fiscal year, and addressing several trending topics from the last Town Hall. The September Town Hall also had numerous questions on dental care, beneficiary travel, marijuana, memorial benefits, customer experience, Blue Water Navy veterans, Agent Orange, and education. For our second and...
